Why Not Walk?  Join Oak Ridge Noonwalkers

In this program, students do as many laps as they can around the playground during their lunch recess (weather permitting) each Wednesday. Students get a punch card marked for every lap, and when they get to 5 miles, they receive a toe token to put on their shoe and recognition in the PTA newsletter. Noonwalker charts for each class are also posted outside of the Great Room.

We always need parent volunteers to help the kids and siblings are welcome to join in the fun! Time is 11:25 to 12:30 for all  grades. If you are interested in helping, please contact Paula Heckman.
